I have bought 5 of their fragrances up to now and I've been pretty impressed on how long they last and how good they smell. The only issue I've had is one bottle was not closed properly and spilled a bit during shippig. Not alot, but still compared to the others there was a bit of liquid missing compared to the others. Other than that I'm happy with their business and will continue to buy fragrances from ALT

The scent I ordered smells exactly like the high end expensive brand I buy. Wanted to try this because of course, the price. The bottle I received has a leak unfortunately, however I emailed the customer support and they are sending a replacement bottle. Good business in my book. Will purchase again!

Like other reviewers have mentioned—you will place your order and be given tracking information, only for the items to never arrive. There is proof via the tracking information and Shop app updates, as well as from emails, that my items never arrived, and they promised to give me a refund, but never did. It's been almost half a year. When I opened a dispute with my bank, they sent me an email asking me to close it. They are fighting the dispute. This company is trying to steal money from me. Disgusting business, terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. *EDIT* They are requesting additional information, I assume trying to discredit my review. Everything I wrote is 100% authentic, my order numbers are below. This seems like another attempt to try to brush my issue under the rug by this pathetic company. ALT481886 (October 28, 2022) ALT531684 (December 1, 2022) *EDIT 2* Regarding the reply from ALT below. It's abundantly clear that you do not take customer service seriously, and you are not trying to make it right. Is that a joke? You've been promising do to something for months, and then when I finally opened a dispute with my bank—you fought that dispute as well, you're actively working to not make it right. The canned reply below is just another example of how little you care.
