I ordered ALT #12, ALT #23, and ALT #26. 2 of the bottle were damaged and the perfume had leaked out. 1 never arrived. The post office put a note on the bottle saying sorry for the inconvenience. I contacted the company via email with frustration. The company gave me a 1 time courtesy and sent all my fragrances to me. I will forever order from this company. Thank You

Their scents are amazing, and their customer service is just as incredible. ❤️ Jeanette personally reached out to me to make sure my shipping address was correct, and we ended up having a whole conversation about some of the fragrances. She was so helpful, friendly, and genuinely made me feel like they cared about my experience as a customer. I’ve been so impressed with ALT. and their products. I absolutely love Mistress. It smells exactly like CC Mademoiselle. I’m noticing that I’m reaching for Mistress on the daily, as opposed to my other perfume bottles. I’m now on my 2nd purchase! I can’t wait because I’m almost out!!!!!
