My package arrived but had leaked out in the box. I contacted ALT via email letting them know along with pictures of the item and they resent me a new bottle. Great customer service

Bought 3 pack and they all smelled amazing unfortunately one came broken and I sent a message with my order number and pic to them and they responded so quick and resolved the issue. Gotta love good customer service

Great personalized service! We ordered The Gentleman and the scent was a great dupe of Le Male from JPG. My husband loves it. Once the bottle started running out, we had to order more. I also ordered a bottle of Crystal for myself. The company even reached out with a discount code since I was ordering more this time. They made recommendations and gave advice on scents. Very personal and caring service.
