Alt version smells better and lasts longer! than the original I have.

The customer service of this company is good. I didn’t care for the first set of fragrances I received but they made it simple to exchange for others. I got a second set of fragrances and really like the Bleau fragrance, that one is very close to the original in my opinion.

Wow. I was surprised to get a cologne that I could smell on me all day long. The scents are amazing and you get enough bang for your buck. You will not be disappointed. ALT. Fragrances has a customer for life!!!

I ordered from Alt from seeing their posts on instagram and all the positive attention they were getting. I received all of my items quickly and when one was missing from my package, they resolved the issue within 12 hour. I received an email of my missing item being shipped and a personal apology from one of the managers. I also received one thanking me for trusting Alt with my business. I’m not one to get worked up when things go wrong, that’s life and nothing can’t be resolved. But to receive such overwhelming care and attention over what I considered a minor and temporary inconvenience, I just had to share my experience. I will be shopping at Alt again and you should too!

Ordered the 5 pack and everything smells great. Had a missing item and the support team was quick and remedied the situation fast. Will definitely be making another order soon.

My package arrived slightly damaged and a third of the fragrance had leaked out. I reached out to customer service and they replied within minutes. Within a couple hours, I received an email with a new order number because they shipped me a new bottle free of charge. I am very satisfied with the fragrance as well as the customer service!
