Excellent customer service. Order said it was delivered, but never received it. Emailed the company and received a response within a few hours stating another order will be sent.

I was a little nervous about ordering, but I like giving these businesses a try. Well the order came. The boxes did not fare well during shipping but that's ok. Maybe think about a plastic wrapping. Turned out my order was wrong. I contacted customer service. They got back ASAP. I took a picture, as requested and they quickly rectified the problem. I was shocked. It could not have been any faster. I have not received the corrected item yet but I did received notice that is was shipped.

My first order: I ordered three different fragrances and was told I’d get a fourth one free. They sent one fragrance and two of the next fragrance. No bonus bottle. They offered to send the original bottle that was missing. No bonus bottle. The missing bottle arrived nearly a month after the first order was placed. I stupidly made a second order. It still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent a number of emails and I keep hearing “it will arrive tomorrow”. It never does. No answer when I ask about the missing bonus bottle (“mystery fragrance”). Incompetent business. I won’t ever order again.
