The fast service and the follow up to make sure I liked the scent. The scent is so nice and has a rose scent that gets me compliments when I wear it.

Overall it the ordering process was very good and easy. They shipped the product quick although they did send the wrong fragrance, but very quickly fixed it and sent the correct one. They were very fast with replies and were very kind. Will definitely be ordering from again in the future!
