Great product! 👍 Excellent customer service! My order included a leaky bottle, but they quickly sent a replacement. Problem solved! ✅ The new bottle is perfect, the fragrance lasts all day and smells amazing! 😍 #Perfume #CustomerService #Fragrance #Shopping #Review

I heard so many good things about Alt Fragrances, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered two bottles on December 16th. Christmas came and went, and there was no progress on my package. It still said “ En route to dhi ecommerce or awaiting processing” as it said the day after I placed my order. I reached out to customer service, who told me to wait two more business days. I did, and the product was still “ En route to dhi ecommerce or awaiting processing.” I wrote to customer service again, requesting a refund. They stated the package has been lost and wanted to confirm my address info and “re-ship” the products. They were not shipped in the first place. I want a full refund from a company who has not followed through with providing a purchased product and they are refusing to do so. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Customer service is outsourced and can only do so much. They don’t seem to understand what you’re telling them and only answer from scripted prompts.

Well, this is a long story. I received emails, contact saying that I received my product. I waited three days after they never received product. So I contacted them and told them I didn’t receive it. All I got was an apology letter from the owner saying that he’ll give me 15%. on my next purchase, I said I will not be purchasing ever again if I don’t get the product. But come to find out they had my old mailing address. It was my fault not theirs and I’m hoping they send me a new bottle to my new address soon. Thank you so muchDrew

I LOVE this fragrance. I have received compliments again and again. I had been wanting a new fragrance for a while and I'm very glad I ordered ALT No, 23. It's by new favorite go to scent. I highly recommend it.
