I received my package pretty quickly after purchase and due to a situation beyond their control, I emailed the company and received a response immediately, which I greatly appreciated. I like the fragrance but feel the ads have overrated it. I also feel the size I purchased was a bit pricey. Overall, I feel Alt is a company with awesome customer service that is willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I would consider purchasing from Alt again.

Let’s talk about great customer service! It wasn’t ALT fault, but the courier marked my package as delivered and it wasn't, well I never received it. I was bummed because one of perfumes I ordered was a gift and I needed it, I reached out to support immediately and it didn’t take long for a response and the issue to be resolved! My package was resent! This is my third time ordering from here and I love how the scents are nearly identical to the original.. They have a lifelong customer forsure :)

The scents are amazing dupes and last longer than the originals, in my opinion. I get stopped constantly for how great I smell, it is alluring to people. The one time I had to call customer service for a mix up, they answered back so quickly and the representative was friendly and solution oriented. I'm sticking to this company. I've done a few orders now and I'm impressed everytime. Selfishly I want to keep this my secret but it's also so hard to not brag about this company when I get a compliment on my scent. I can't gatekeep, get ALT fragrances NOW!
