I recently ordered five fragrances from ALT, and I’m really happy with them so far. They all smell great, and I’m honestly surprised at how long they last. I could still smell one of them eight hours after putting it on! I also had a few questions and concerns, so I reached out to customer service, and I have to say they were awesome. They got back to me quickly, were really friendly and helpful, and took care of everything without any hassle. You don’t always get that kind of service these days, so I definitely appreciate it. Between the fragrances and the way they treat their customers, I’m really glad I gave ALT a try. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I received my 3-bottle pack quickly. Unfortunately, one of the bottles arrived damaged (and empty). I contacted customer support and they shipped another out immediately. The two I did receive smell amazing and I’m impressed with the prompt reply from customer support. Pricing is great! Highly recommend and will be ordering again!

I ordered the 3 for $99 dollars and am excited to see how they hold up compared to the originals. So for I’ve had a great experience with customer service (Trevor) and would recommend anyone give this company a try!

Fragrances smell really good and are pretty close. I did have to wait a little for shipping and paid for faster shipping. It took about 10 business days. They did refund my shipping. Customer service did respond and took care of me. I am satisfied and will order again. For the price it’s good!

Personal texts throughout ordering and shipping process & even a text saying my order was delivered. Normally irritated by spam texts but this one was personal & catered to my order. I received my order with a broken perfume bottle which all of its contents spilled over everything! I quickly texted the number and the issue was remedied immediately. No waiting days or sometimes weeks waiting for a response. My replacement is in the mail already! I’m only giving 4 stars because it took me a little while to get the broken scent off everything else but it was lovely & the other perfumes are awesome too now that I can smell them separately lol
