I love the quality of Alt Fragrances. All three scents I’ve purchased have been awesome. Great smell and last throughout the day. Also the customer service is top notch. Had an issue with damaged product and it was corrected in just a few hours. I will be back again and again.

There was no back and forth about replacing a broken bottle of fragrance (upon delivery receipt) when I alerted ALT and sent a picture.

Terrible experience with ALT Fragrances. My order arrived leaking and half-empty, and when I contacted customer service with proof, they did absolutely nothing to fix it. No replacement, no refund, not even a decent response. This company clearly doesn’t care about their customers or the quality of their products. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually values its buyers, because ALT Fragrances is a complete disappointment.

I absolutely love the fragrances I've purchased from ALT! I've round replicas of my favorite fragrances that I couldn't afford on ALT. I am constantly getting compliments and asked what I'm wearing. Just yesterday at the dentist both the hygenist and the dentist asked what fragrance I had on! For anyone whoever asks — I always tell them to check out Alt Fragrances!

Excellent products, fast shipping and excellent customer service.

The company did not ship my order after two weeks and will not cancel the order even though it isn't shipping. I have never had a problem in the past but I will not be ordering agian due to this. Unfortunate because I do like their products.

Order arrived ahead of time, I ordered 3 bottles but 2 of them had expanded slightly and caused a small leak, I reported it and 2 days later they sent me a full bottle out as a replacement, excellent customer service and the scents smell amazing. Highly recommended.

I dealt with Karimunnisa from customer service for the entirety of my issue with an order. There was a slight delay in getting it resolved, but I understand things happen which cant be avoided. Karimunnisa listened & assured me things would be resolved. I should be receiving the replacements today, 9.24.25. Overall it was a positive experience despite the initial error which triggered the interaction. I will continue to do business with Alt Fragrances.
