Perfumes are usually good, but longevity of them can be very hit or miss, from 1h to eternal, so you have to read reviews. The reason for the two stars is because of their customer service. I first sent them an email they never replied to, and when they replied to the new email (over a week later), i had to explain the same thing three more times, with them replying with something barely related to the issue i was having. I've never experienced customer service just blatantly ignore what you write to them over and over again, making me wonder if their customer service is AI? Well, the problem I had was that I first paid 31 dollars in taxes during checkout and then I was also taxed when the package arrived to my country. Being double taxed and paying 1/2 of the order (4 perfumes) in taxes and not getting any explanation on why they claim to collect taxes, for me to have to pay double taxes, is not okay. Their inexpensive perfumes suddenly turned quite expensive. I order a lot online and whenever being double taxed, the brand always fixes this, but not with ALT. I also had a leaky bottle that had lost a significant amount of perfume. I'm sad to have such a poor experience with them, as I like their perfumes (apart from the poor longevity in some of them). I suppose all is good until you have an issue.

ALT. Scents are spot on to the originals. I am in love with Floret(Gucci Bloom). I have the original Gucci Bloom and I compared it with Floret. I could not tell the difference. I am a sold on ALT.

I’ve been an ALT patron since 2023! Recently one of my shipments came with 2 damaged bottles out of 4. I emailed Customer Support and within 24H they had both replied to my email and shipped me 2 new bottles at NO EXTRA cost! Amazing customer service!! Not to mention that they have some pretty solid perfumes!

My package got lost and they replaced it free of charge without hesitation!! Love the fragrances but mostly love their service. Thank you!!!!

Top tier experience all around.

I received an open bottle that leaked my fragrance into my envelope and receipt. I reached out to customer service and provided pictures and to my surprise they are replacing my fragrance. I am so delighted with them and appreciate their customer service.
