Parts sold at not compatible to the unit. Wasted money and time. They won't take back an item that is clearly faulty on their part for a full refund. The take out restocking fees, shipping, and return shipping. Lost money on their non- compatible product.
Response from Altair Technology LLCSep 17, 2026
We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience, but we do want to clarify a few important details. The part in question is a genuine Canaan power supply sourced directly from Canaan and is compatible with the unit. We understand you were still having issues and provided a solution. When you contacted us, we offered to start an RMA so the product could be returned and inspected. However, the RMA form was never completed and the item was never sent back to us. Without receiving the product for inspection, we are unable to verify a defect or process the return further. We always try to work with customers when there is an issue, but we do need the RMA process to be followed so we can properly evaluate the item. Our goal is to provide genuine parts, clear support, and a fair resolution whenever possible. AltairTech.io
