The items we ordered from this company came defective and we contacted them with pictures and they immediately responded with our options. Before placing Order for Bontrager Ion 800R i had asked Support team to confirm whether the Details mentioned on Website match the Product packaging but they didn't fit 22.2mm handlebars like the website mentioned. Still to be on the Safe side i ordered a Sync Bracket but that Product was not in Stock after Order was placed. i was on a trip to The U.S. & was going to return to Mumbai, India where finding this Sync Bracket was a pain & super expensive that too for a Used one.
