I accidentally got the wrong size and I asked them if it can refund it and get another one my size and they said it’s ok and gave me the one with my size and it’s comfortable and amazing quality.

Material quality is SUPER poor, sizing is absolutely rediculous, an XXXL barely fits my 12 year old nephew, let alone a grown adult, which is more than misleading when the items are clearly advertised as “US Oversized”. Items took 4 weeks to dispatch, because their returns policy says they won’t allow returns 2 weeks after PURCHASE… Not receipt, PURCHASE. Worst company I’ve ever bought from. Hated everything about it, worst loss of £150 I’ve ever had.

I received some items that I wasn’t totally happy with, so they let me keep them for free and gave me additional items of equal value to replace the ones I got at no additional charge.

They sell great quality anime merch that is super comfortable, and are very responsive with orders and any issues you have. Would recommend for anyone that loves some stylish anime merch I had an issue with an order and they were kind enough to offer a free one as the first one went missing in the missing in the process of arriving to me
