I ordered a hoodie months ago. I emailed 7 times after the first month had passed. The first email got a response asking for more information so they could find my order, then no response again until email 5 when I basically said because of their complete lack of communication, I don’t want the hoodie and just want my money back. Lo and behold, I got a response saying my order was being processed! I responded saying that I no longer want the item again, and they sent a tracking link that took me to a screen reading “this page does not exist”. Neat. A few more weeks pass by, nothing. So I email again because the tracking link doesn’t work, and still nothing. I reported it as a scam to my bank and left a review on FB with all of this. Recently, so one commented on my review, asking if I’d ever received my item. The people at AlphaWeebs saw it before I did and commented back saying that I did and that they had reached out to me personally to ensure that. Uh. No. Those were BOTH lies. I never got the hoodie and they never reached out to me, nor did they ever issue me a refund. 0/10, do not purchase from them.

I ordered two hoodies: one design a size M and a different design a size L. I waited 2 weeks for delivery from China and I got 2 XL hoodies with the same design. When I asked customer support for advice on how to correct this issue, the representative told me that since the hoodies came from Asia, the sizes are different than the US. I do get that but I ordered a M and L. That doesn’t make sense to offer sizes to arbitrarily get whatever size your company wants to send. Also, I picked a different design for each hoodie but got two of the same. No worth returning or dealing with the run around. I just threw them away. Cheap poly blend material. Feels like those old flammable pajamas. Don’t waste your money here.

Products likely falsely advertised. Ordered a hoodie. And received the equivalent of a T-shirt with a hood. Product pictures are very deceiving. Won't be ordering again as of this is their quality it was far too expensive.

Shipping took a while, but totally understandable as a small business. If I could provide some feedback for them it would be to look into higher quality print imaging. The design is more of an iron on vinyl type and will definitely get ruined in the dryer. But super cute shirt and I love that they offer a crop top option because most merch sites only have bulky Unisex tees.

Placed an order for anime trunks on August 19th and I'm still waiting. Inquired about the item 4 times already and each time I've been promoted with a template message asking me to be patient. The 3rd time I tried to reach out to them I asked for a refund and was ignored. They then told me that the package was damaged and a new one would be sent out but at that point I only wanted a refund. No one reaches out to me as the customer to update me on the package status and I'm getting no assistance from anyone. My excited was turned to regret and disgust I was so happy to support a small business ( and even added a tip to my order ) just to receive nothing in return and get robbed of my money. Never thought I'd have to write a negative review about a business.

Ordered a couple items from alpha weebs. One shirt came in fine and the other unfortunately had a blurry image. I contacted customer service where they immediately offered a replacement free of charge!

Received an item with improper sizing and contacted customer support with my issue. They've made quick work of helping me and issuing a new item to replace the item that was too small that I received. I love the designs from AlphaWeebs and am excited for my replacement!

Got an item that wasn't what i expected... Customer support was great took care of Problem. 👍
