Loved the "King's Vessel Hoodie" I purchased, it looked and felt great but was a little short on the sleeves (I have long arms) I contacted them and they are offering a free replacement!

It took almost a month for my shirt to travel to me. They ultimately sent me the wrong sized shirt. They are sending me a new one, which I appreciate. Customer support is great.

The item did not arrive as shown on the site. It appears white on the site and arrived as a plum color. I ordered a small and got an XL and was told that it was auto sized because of Asian sizing. It is the same size as my large hoodies that I wear, and my tiny daughter would be swimming in this. Customer service asked for photo proof of what the issues were, which I sent but have never heard back. The quality of the hoodie is not outstanding. The material feels like sponge that has a coating on it. I'm sure lots of people are happy with their purchases/experience...I am just not one of them. It happens, but it's disappointing

I ordered a Levi figure and when I received it, it looked strange. I told customer services and they were more than happy to send out a replacement for free and let me keep the weird looking figure
