Like others here, I ordered in November and do not have the product I ordered. After checking on the status of my $30 mug I received several slow responses. I finally received a mug on January 5, roughly six weeks after ordering the Christmas gift. It was in a million pieces. It was packed only with one thin layer of cardboard in the box. No bubble wrap or any type of cushioning that would actually protect ceramics. I have received neither a replacement nor the refund I requested. Such a disappointing transaction. I don't think this is actual company.

I love the product, but I did have a little trouble with getting it here in a timely fashion. I also received the wrong item at first, but they did get the correct item to me. The product is worth the wait but be sure to allow plenty of time for it to arrive.

I ordered a custom canvas for a Christmas gift. I was in need of a sixth dog, as well as a dog breed that was not listed. Lulufam exceeded my expectations. They replied to my message in a timely manner, they were able to meet all of my requests, and they were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Lulufam and I will order again. Thank you!

I truly loved the final product, however plan ahead. I placed my orders on 11/24/2019 and after a month (hoping to get them by Christmas) I had no updates and no tracking information so I began to think it was a scam. Eventually they sent me tracking information and I ended up receiving it on 1/6/2020 so plan ahead because it takes awhile to actually receive.

I saw LuluFam first as an ad on my Instagram page and figured it’d be perfect to gift to my mother - my family has just lost two cats that we’d had since they could fit in the palms of our hands. Although some of the exact breeds weren’t available (Tigger was a short-haired orange tabby, for example; Keita was just a big white cat lol, but no Maine Coon!), after a little bit of looking around I was able to find other breeds that got their likeness down, even to the pose! Our current 3, Ella (she’s a dilute tortie but they’re hard to match exactly anyways!), Bindi, and Steve, are spot-on. I will say, I ordered this about 2 weeks before the holidays, and it didn’t get here until Jan 1 or 2. I emailed the company because I had then begun seeing people claim that this was a “scam”. Literally less than an hour later, I got a personal email from the owner, apologizing profusely for the lateness and an explanation of what was happening behind-the-scenes (holiday influx and switching over of an operating system). Running a small business must be tough; I appreciated the openness and the communication. For that small yet important courtesy, I will be a repeat customer. The product is beautiful and I greatly appreciated his frankness and his acknowledgment of the kinks that his company is working out.

My husband and I love the mug. I love that it shows us at the lake with our fur babies. They are lake pups and go every weekend during the summer. The mug is of good quality.

Ordered on black Friday and still have not received one of my items (42 days later, despite their website still saying 14 days to ship). The item I did receive was not the quality I was expecting and coloring does not match what I ordered. Have requested updates multiple times and the story changes with each response. Requested a refund twice which has gone completely ignored, they just continue to send pre-scripted responses that don't even address my complaints.
