The design itself was cute, but there was a very annoying black line printed onto my mug on the side of the design which sticks out like a sore thumb on the white ceramic. I had to email weeks after I'd paid to get any tracking info, to which I'd received an automated response that said tracking info may even come after the item is delivered. My item was delivered later than what my tracking info stated, and I didn't receive my digital artwork...I had to email yet again to have it finally sent to me. I will not use LuluFam again, nor will I be recommending it to friends or family.

Took a while to deliver, but the quality is good. Family love the gift!

Ordered on black Friday and received one of my items (42 days later). The items that I received were not the quality I was expecting and coloring does not match what I ordered. On one mug, there were white dogs with no shading on a white background. You cannot see the dogs. I contacted customer service about the order and received a pre-scripted responses. I would not order from this company again.

Great quality and love the fact you can select angel wings for your pups who’ve passed. Very cute.

Beautiful, my daughters are going to love them, especially because we can include the pets that have already gone to heaven.
