This company - for sure - deserves a 5 star review. I had placed an order for a pillow weeks ago - knowing that it might not get to me by Christmas - I would not be dissappointed. To my surprise the pillow arrived December 24th-------I luv it!! It was a gift for my daughter who luvs it. The design was exactly as advertised - which was awesome! I will be sure to pass my experience on to friends and family that are looking for a unique gift(s), Wishing everyone a happy and healthy New Year

Horrible product, pixelated, off center, piece of garbage. Don't waste your money

I absolutely loved the ornament I received. The company artist worked with me, made changes to my design, and paid attention to my input. This ornament will be a family treasure for many years to come! Highly recommend this company ❤️

I ordered 3 custom items, totalling over $160 on Nov 30. The website and shipping information indicated that was in plenty of time to receive by Christmas. To date (Dec. 23) I still do not even have a tracking number and the companies response to my email inquiry was they are busy this time of year trying to fulfill orders. I am a business owner and my pet peeve is poor customer service. Not fulfilling an order in 4 weeks is unacceptable. These were Christmas gifts. I've requested to be contacted by the owner so we'll see his response and whether he makes service a priority. I'm suspecting I'll tell them to cancel the order and order from another company. If it has to be late, I don't think the company with poor customer service who takes more orders than they can fill timely should get my business. If he doesn't handle this well, it will be my last order. Martha

They don’t deserve any stars. ⚠️ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!⚠️ I’m sure it would be fabulous if they actually delivered the item you ordered. I’ve sent 8 emails, called 5xs, posted on their FB page, and inboxed them. I’ve received 4 emails saying they’d get back to me in 24 hours, (guess their clocks have been broke for a week) 2 voicemails back saying they are “working on it”, and 1 of those said they would expedite my order, and I still have nothing! They got my money, and that was it for me. Before you order from them, go read the comments on the BBB’s website, and then Google the reviews. (Like I should have done prior to giving them my money) Do NOT give these people your money, because most of you will only get the run around. They have the crappy customer service, do not deliver what they promise, and quite frankly, they just need to be shut down.

We were happy with the portrait. The dog looked exact and our heads and hair looked right. But my husband was not pleased with our body proportions. His rear was to narrow.
