Twice I have been told that I’d get a replacement image after the one I ordered was wrong and still I have heard and received nothing. I initially wrote a comment that I wished you could make the dog smaller because one breed (French Bulldog) was absurdly large. They said all I had to do was order and email them with my order number and the request. I did so and they did not respond until after they sent one disregarding the request and then we’re absolutely rude as if they hadn’t been the ones to tell me I could write them in the first place. Twice I’ve been told they’d fix it after leaving negative feedback but they haven’t and that was two months ago.

My friend got very sentimental with the mug I got him for his birthday. He loved the detail and the fact that his dog was in the print with him. He loved it.

I've ordered 4 mugs from Lulufam (2 for myself, and 2 for friends), and have been very pleased with the results. I like being able to customize the figures with the available options, the backgrounds are fun, and the delivery has been quick. I will continue to buy gifts from Lulufam!
