The picture I ordered was done beautifully! And the colors were awesome! And I also had two pillows done that are fantastic!! I will be be purchasing from this company again.

I purchased a canvas print from this company back in October 2020. When I received it I did not notice that the artwork was wrong. The man in the artwork had a black neck and white arms. I noticed this when I gave the gift to someone in December. When I reached out to the company they replied with an email telling me that since I didn’t contact them within 48 hours there was nothing they could do. This is clearly a mistake of the artwork on their part so why shouldn’t this be corrected? Poor customer service. Don’t buy from this company because they do not stand behind their product

Ordered two blankets and for both paid the extra fro first in line. The first one was produced and delivered quickly and was very happy. The second one needed some minor adjustments as the names did not line up with the figures. It took over 4 weeks before I received an email asking for approval and them only after sending an email, where is my order. Ok I approved it and again it was several weeks before I was notified it was on it;s way, This was not done during the Christmas Rush and I was finally notified it was shipped and still have not received it as being sent via USPS. Need an option to pay extra to ship via UPS of FedEx as USPS is still delivering mail to me sent out before Thanksgiving. Since I ordered before and was happy, just disappointed in the time frame to get it

Was exactly as described. Very good quality.

I bought 3 mugs. One for my mother. It was a gift to show her that her children are always near her to support, no matter what her need. She was very touched by the symbolism of the mug I choose. She actually gave up an old mug that she has used for years. The other two mugs were for my husband with his fur babies by his side. He loves then. We use them every morning. Beautiful.

Product received in exactly the quality and appearance promised, and in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with this vendor.

Got my order wrong and will not return my call to customer service. Very frustrated it was a special gift honoring my deceased sister done incorrectly.
