I’m so angry. I ordered a mug and it doesn’t look anything like what I ordered. It was supposed to be a big picture on each side of the mug but instead it’s 4 teeny tiny pictures squished together. You can’t even see the pictures or read the names!!

Absolutely so pleased with the items I ordered !! I ordered I a 15 oz mug and a blanket , both turned out better than I expected !! These gifts were my favorite gifts to give this holiday season and will be ordering more items in the very near future !!

It was very easy to design a beautiful graphic for the mugs that I ordered. I like the choice between 11oz and 15 oz. The mug itself has beautiful colors and is very well protected by the clear glazing.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased my item in November - a pillow which need some minor design adjustments. It was in the design stage for several weeks. Finally on Dec 9th I approved the design. I emailed multiple times to ensure that it would arrive for Christmas, they assured me it would. Weeks passed and still no shipping notification, I would get updates every few days from the app saying a design is ready for approval even though I had already approved the final design on Dec 9th. By Dec 22nd I accepted it would not be arriving for Christmas. It is now Jan 5th. Over a month since I put my order in and the product still has not shipped, still has the wrong design in the queue to be issues. I already know that once the item does finally ship I can guarantee it will be the wrong design. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE. I asked to speak to higher level management or the owner of the company and they have now stopped replying to my emails. Have called and wait on hold for hours only to be told to leave a message. Seems like this will never be resolved. I'll be reporting them to the better business bureau!
