I bought 4 mugs for me & 3 cousins. We are very close but spread out over Texas. Now with our "cousins" mug....we have coffee together every morning. We all love our mugs

I got this pillow for my husband who lost his dog Daisy approx 10 years ago. I was able to incorporate his current dog Jezebel, so that he is sitting with both of them. My husband absolutely loves it!!

I ordered a coffee mug and requested the male figure have a blue shirt. I incorrectly clicked on "purple," not blue, on the site while placing the order. However, when the item arrived, the shirt was red. I sent a picture of the mug to Customer Service and was told it was the color I chose (purple), just a different shade. Indeed, side by side, one mug is red, the other purple. I was told there was nothing they could do. I elevated my concern and was told a request for a mug with a blue shirt will be submitted and "if approved," I'll be sent tracking information. I have yet to receive tracking information and suspect my mug will not arrive.

I'm extremely happy with both my canvas picture and mug. They really are special and well done.

Mug received with me and my cat looking at the moon. Spot on. Darling. Would make a great gift.

I ordered 2 canvases for my loved ones who over the last year lost a pet and they absolutely loved it! Lulufam did a great job customizing my canveses just they way I wanted them. Beautiful, worth the price and wrapped with care!

This beautiful product exceeded my expectations. I have a beautiful keepsake forever. My friends were astounded. Thank you for such a special and heartfelt momento of my beautiful pets.

Over priced, bad customer service and would not honor a discount. Tried to contact CS 1 minute after placing the order to tell them that the discount they offer did not come off the price. CS did not get back to me until the item shipped then said they would not refund me the difference. There are alot of better options out there. Don't use this one.
