They have great stuff, good prices (wonderful sales!) and they are a pleasure to deal with! What more need be said? I would like to add a huge thumbs-up for Mercy in Customer Service. I called about my delivery (UPS had messed up), left a message and she called me back in no time! She was very pleasant, knew what she was doing and got a replacement package to me in no time! My experience with Alpha Paw was terrific - due in no small measure to Mercy and Alpha Paw's Customer Service attitude! And the most important thing is that my dog is over the moon about his new bed and blanket! A++ company. Thank you, Mercy and Alpha Paw!

Absolutely love the products. I purchased the Paw Ramp. It is extremely well constructed, sturdy and is completely assembled upon arrival. Looks great too. My dog and cats love it. I also purchased the Magic Pee Pads. Very absorbent. Excellent.

My name is Melanie and I found Alpha Paw through Google and decided to order 2 separate picture pillows for christmas, one of each of our dogs. It has been over a month now and I still have not received either of the pillows. I contacted the company a total of 16 times, through email as well as through chats. First my order had been lost they said, they didn't have an artist afterwards, then the artist took 2 weeks to give me a pre-sketch to approve but wouldn't communicate with me when I wanted something fixed on her drawing, then their dashboard wouldn't let me select the background colors for the pillows but told 4 different staff members what color I wanted, however, it was never relayed to the person in charge of making the pillows. Still 1 month later, I have yet to be sent the pillows, have left message after message for help about where my order is and I am just being ignored. Worst online company I have ever dealt with. I definitely will never use them again and hope that I can have my money refunded from my bank. Buyers Beware!

This company has THE BEST customer service I've ever experienced, (and I buy a lot) online! They responded almost immediately to my questions and I am forever grateful to have had such a wonderful experience with Alpha Paw. Kudos to everyone!

I placed an order for 2 of the Multi-Chews and received 2 of the Hip & Joint chews instead. Not a huge issue, it happens. I sent a message explaining what happened and heard back from Allenie Nadal that 2 of the Multi-Chews were on the way and to keep the Hip & Joint chews rather than returning. Great customer service. I know mistakes happen, but it's how they're handled that make the difference. This situation was handled above and beyond! Thanks very much!!

My experience with Alpha Paws was quite surprising and very positive. The expandable pet carrier for my small dog turned out to be too small. I asked to return it for a refund. They agreed and would send me a return label for $15. However they also gave me the option to keep it for a partial refund. As I wanted to return it anyway, I ended up being offered to keep it for the cost of only $15. The next day, already, my AMEX card was credited the difference (full amount minus $15). This was an unusually wonderful shopping experience! I can highly recommend Alpha Paws for their curtesy but also for their ingenious product.
