What an amazing company. I didn’t receive one thing in the car seat for my puppy and instead of sending out just the one part they are sending me a whole new car seat at no charge. I asked if I needed to send the other one back and they said no need to do that. In a society that has lost the art of customer service I want to thank alphapaws for not conforming to that way of thinking. Thank you so much for being so responsive and willing to go that extra mile for your customer. Will be purchasing other items from this company again!

My husband and I decided to order a ramp for our dachshunds, but we inadvertently ordered the wrong ramp. When we said that we wanted to return the ramp, our customer service representative, Neslie, was very helpful and understanding. She gave us the option to keep the ramp and get an additional discount in lieu of returning the ramp. After careful consideration, we decided to keep the ramp and try to use it in another area. It works great and we are extremely satisfied. We will be ordering the right ramp asap.

Unfortunately we received (2) blankets in a colour that we had not ordered. Upon contacting AlphaPaw.com (Maricel) she immediately took action to resolve the mistake. AlphaPaw.com did not ask for the (2) incorrect ones to be returned, they are generously allowing us to donate the other (2) to a needy cause (as they will be) since we will not use them. Mistakes can be made but the test of a good company is how quick they are to resolve matters to their customer's satisfaction. We are awaiting our replacement product now as AlphaPaw.com has already put in an order for the correct ones to be sent.

I ordered my dog ramp and when it arrived it was damaged in shipping and not usable. I emailed the company and received the fastest response I have ever received from a company. They asked me to take pictures of the damage and the split wood. They emailed me back immediately and assured me that a new ramp was on the way. I received the new ramp and the dogs were using it that night. It is a good sturdy ramp with a carpet that gives them a good foothold to use the ramp. They don’t slip. The heaviest dog is 17 lbs. I am glad that I purchased this ramp and was introduced to Alpha Paw.

My shipment came in when my, Ollie was napping. (8 mo old). She has been a picky eater from day one. I saw Alphapaw advertising for a while. Decided to order and try. I put in her bowl. When Ollie got up she went directly into kitchen and started eating. She loved the Natural Vitamin formula. Thanks so much!

I needed to cancel a subscription and check on my VIP rewards. Maricris was so very helpful. She took care of my cancellation and found my reward total.

I had a problem with my ramp and called Alpha Paw. I cannot believe how responsive they were!! In less than a week, my new ramp was delivered and my puppy is now getting up and down from the couch. THANK YOU so much!! Debbie Duncan

Their customer service is awesome! They'll go above and beyond my expectations. I bought the ramp because we were planning to get a dachshund. Turns out the owners changed their mind in selling. I was so disappointed and thought about returning the ramp. The staff at Alpha Paw went above and beyond in flexibility in returning or keeping the ramp till we actually get a dachshund. Very impressed with their customer service!
