Alpha Paw IncReviews of alphapaw.com

Alpha Paw provides great customer service & responds quickly to your inquiries. Great job!👏👏

I ordered a beige bed. They sent a bright orange bed. I had to email them at least 8 times, send multiple photos, and they still want to give me only a partial refund. I do not want the bed. I should not have to pay even for a part of it. They send the wrong item.

Love the company, the products and LOVE the staff!

I bought the car seat for my 2 small dogs. I can put both in it and they like it. They just go to sleep in it when traveling. I like knowing they are safe. Had regular dog seat belts for them but the dogs would slide around on the seats sometimes. This keeps them contained and comfortable. I love it!

I have purchased several of their products and will continue to purchase from them. My dog LOVES their beds and Now I have 3. (no, he is not spoiled LOL). but I have spent thousands of $$ in the past 30 years for 6 German Shorthaired Pointers. big dogs, big beds, but now as we are older, smaller dog (15 pounds) and smaller beds and these beds are perfect for him. I have not washed them yet and hope they live up to the promise that they are washable and then toss in the dryer. Essential to fluff your new bed in the dryer before use, for maximum loft!

These people are wonderful. My ramp came apart while I was disassembling it to put on a replacement carpet and in the process I broke the ramp. After contacting Alpha Paul they were kindly enough the send me a brand new ramp along with an extra replacement piece. I mean who does that? These guys are the best!
