Customer service was great, had an issue with my order and got a response right away through text and email. My sectional came in and was easy to put together, pillows you will need to add more since the ones that come with it are not fluffy enough. Overall its a nice piece and not overpriced at all.

I am very happy with the quality of The shade and blind that I ordered. Alphamart communicated with me about my order and it arrived quickly.

The sail is great, good quality. My only complaint is that when you pull the four corners tightly, there is a sag that comes from the middle sides. Not sure how you can fix this other than putting 2x more ties from the middle sides. Other than that, it was a good deal.

Looks exactly as described. Easy to install although it did take a few hours as there were a lot of screws to tighten. We love it and get so many compliments! Thank you!
