Alphamarts.comReviews of alphamarts.com

It’s a great set ,but directions were stupid . It had letters but really didn’t tell you how to put it together.

Alphamarts products arrive quickly, packaged well. Customer Service communication is wonderful.

Very dissatisfied. The description was inaccurate. It listed the seat as 16" diameter; however, that included the support frame which supports the backrest. The seat cushion is only 14". Also, it was not clear to me that the Walmart return policy did not apply ( I bought from Walmart's site). Alphamarts would not accept a return unless I repackaged everything into the original box and even then they would charge $30 return fee. They did offer to replace two parts that did not fit well but cautioned me that would take 2 months.

Three day delivery. Whaaa?! Excellent! It comes unassembled, but the directions are clear. You will want to use a ratchet wrench and Philips head screwdriver, as the included wrench works but slowly. Also, a couple of the bolts placements are hard to reach, to the ratchet is a necessity. Once together, it's sturdy, comfortable and looks great! We'll see how it holds up to the SoCal sun, but very happy so far!

Quick delivery. Thanks Amart.

Great service. Quality product. I couldn't be happier with my bistro set and the quick and quality service of Alphamarts.

Vendor sent wrong parts to the couch and no hardware or instructions. Would not send missing parts.

Fast shipping.A fast response to all my questions.
