I am very satisfied with my purchase of the PHI VILLA 5 piece patio dining set. I had an initial problem in that one of the chairs did not sit flat on the floor but the people at PHI VILLA were very cooperative and supplied me with replacements so that I now have a complete set that I are happy with. I strongly recommend the dining set.

I ordered an item over 3 weeks ago. After 6 days, they sent me a tracking number. After 2 weeks, when I inquired about the product, they said that due to Covid19 and riots, Fedex has not picked up. When I contacted FedEx, they said no package was brought to them, there was no call for pickup, and that there were no riots. Instead of contacting AlphaMart by email, I decided to call them. It seems their telephone number is disconnected. It looks like I will need to work through my credit card company to cancel the sale from what now looks like a fraudulent company. ----------------------- Interesting reply (below). The shipping notification that I received from FedEx with a 16.December date stamp states a 03.December scheduled delivery date (in the past!) and sent from Cocam Int?l Enterprises Ltd, not Alpha Marts. This has all of the appearances of a scam. I recommend doing your own investigation of this Nevada company with a California warehouse and reading online reviews before placing an order. ------------------------- This gets worse. I just received an email from the company offering me a $15 coupon toward a future purchase if I would remove this posting. No mention about cancelling the sale and giving a refund. I leave it to the reader to make their own conclusions. --------------------------

On Dec 21th, the package was returned to the sender. We tried to issue a refund. It's a pity that the refund failed since there is a dispute existing. On Dec 30th, we accepted the dispute. Ordered an outdoor umbrella with lights. I was missing some hardware so I contacted your company. I got a response the very next day and in no time the hardware was replaced. Ordered a patio set. I am very happy with the quality. Assembly was very easy. Shipping took a while but that was mostly due to Covid and delays. Also ordered a double umbrella and it is huge! Customer Support was also very helpful when i made inquiries on my purchases. Very happy with my purchases.

We purchased a Mock One for Father’s Day after seeing an ad on Instagram. I didn’t expect to receive it by Father’s Day as we ordered it about 10 days prior. Then the item was on back order. They were very forthcoming at first, mentioning there was a legal issue with some bad characters involved in their warehouse. Then they went radio silent after early July. I emailed in Aug and in Sept just to get an update and no reply. I tried again in Oct, stating that I would pursue a refund if I didn’t hear back. Within two weeks they finally contacted me to let me know the product would be shipped soon. We received the Mock One within about 2 weeks and my husband loves it! I’m so glad we were patient and waited for them to clear up the legal issues they had encountered. There may be another one in our future!

Xclent sturdy well built villa patio 7 pc set. Unique design that chairs for dining but als fold back for naping. Etc. Table simple to put together... paint finish is multi coated super hard. I was paint contractor for years. Tracking was a little difficult compared to fedex. But it arrived as promised. Thnks

I ordered two of these chairs. Love them! When I put them together I noticed a little slit in one of them in the seat. I emailed the company and was responded to immediately by Cheryl (Alpha Mart Holdings LLC). She told me they would send me another seat part and that is exactly what they did. I received it the other day in good shape! Thanks so much! I appreciate it!

We ordered chairs and a table for our backyard. Price for the quality of the furniture was very good and we were kept informed of the status of the shipment. But most importantly, the table was damaged during shipment and it was very easy to get a replacement thru their customer service!!
