The staff responded in a timely fashion to my claim for a grill door that was damaged in shipping. They didn't hesitate to process my claim. The door was out of stock, and they kept me informed as to the shipping status, and informed me as soon as it became available. Very friendly and helpful staff. 5 star service.

The product is wonderful and sturdy and beautiful. The service provided by this company was outstanding. I could not put together the two chairs for some reason could not get them to line up with part A l. I got in touch with the company immediately they sent me two new chairs. One of the legs on the fire pit table was slightly damaged & they sent me a new one immediately. Working with this company made me feel so good. There are so many companies out there that do not provide this great service.

Alphamarts outdoor patio set is well-designed and comfortable. One of four chairs had a defect, but Alphmarts staff responded in less than 24 hours, on a Sunday, and replacement part received in just days. Super responsive customer service.

Ordered Side Table E02GF0704-053-01 through local retailor and unit top arrived damaged. Contacted Alphamarts per the instructions in the box. They showed immediate concern and replaced the unit within 2 weeks. Excellent support. Nice little side table for our patio chairs. Can place an umbrella through the center and a weight at the base for the unbrella.

We are quite impressed with the solid customer service we had with our umbrella. I had a daily email trying to help us through our issue! Zora, Anna and Jane need to be employees of the month!! They were very helpful and VERY PATIENT!!! Thank you for your persistence!! After 2 parts sent We now have a fully functional umbrella again!!! YAY!!
