Alpha WatchReviews of alpha-watch.com

Alpha Watch Company is a total scam. I have tried many times to contact customer service. The only service you get is a recording informing you that the mail box is full and can not receive additional messages. The only reason I gave them one star is because that is the only choice. If I could, I would rate my experience with Alpha Watch Company as a big fat zero. They should pack up all their China junk and send it back. If I need another watch I will never buy it from Alpha Watch. I will do without a watch before ordering one from Alpha. Save yourself a big headache and stay away from the China junk scammers, "Alpha Watch."

DONT BUY THEY SENT A WATCH I DIDNT ORDER AND AFTER 30 EMAILS BACK AMD FORTH FINALLY THEY SEND A RETURN FORM WANTING ME TO PAY SHIPPING...OMG!...They have phone but voicemail box is full of course...terrible experience seems support people are mentally challenged ...they just couldn't understand! !!waste of money and time...if you think I'm kidding then buy one...

Cheap construction for a watch that's claimed to be a tough watch. Don't risk getting the play watch wet. Custom watch faces only shows one at a time. Unlike real smart watches made of a steel body this plastic rip off wouldn't hold up to the drop as advertised.

Just bought the watch didn't like the functionality or the way it appeared on my wrist tried to return it I was told no return but 15% watch is still in the shipping container

Bought a Alpha Gear Delta watch, tried it on and it was too big. Reached out for a return authorization and was told they don't except returns for fitment issues. With no way to try watch on in person how is one supposed to know how it's going to fit. Stated on their website: We're confident we design and sell the very best quality watches & accessories, and we want to share our confidence with you! That's why we back every sale with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Within 30 days of receipt, products purchased from us may be returned. They have a Better Business Bureau rating of F do I need to say anymore?

My delta watch has been pretty amazing these last 6 months I make a lot of outdoor sports and as a big guy it fits me really well.

Do not buy this watch. It’s a scam. They do not stand behind their product. It’s a weak product and they do not fix problems. No sound, vibrations are extremely weak, and no push notifications for email, calls, or texts. Garage. Don’t buy.

Received a bravo watch for x-mas, 43 days later it went black and will not turn on. Customer (no) support says it's past the warranty nothing they can do. I should have researched them, there are many negative reviews about this company
