The sweater I ordered arrived in about two weeks. I had been getting concerned because I hadn't heard anything after being informed that the order had been processed. When I wrote about it, I received detailed tracking information, which I very much appreciated. I normally wear Medium but ordered Large on advice of other reviews, I would go bigger next time as I would like to have more room to layer on top of other garments. Very pleased with the product overall.

I ordered 2 items which arrived in 2 days. I did not receive the order number but Gabriela was very prompt in supporting me and give me all necessary info to feel comfortable and track the shipment. Very satisfied! Thanks!

Die Erfahrungen in den anderen Rezensionen kann ich nicht bestätigen. Der erste Teil der Lieferung erfolgte 2 Tage früher als angekündigt. Der zweite Teil, dauerte ungefähr 10 Tage. Der Kontakt zu Alpaca Mall war durchgehend positiv und immer zeitnah. Die beiden bestellten Pullover fallen für die angegebene Größe etwas knapp aus, hier am besten eine Nummer größer bestellen. Der bestellte Poncho entsprach der angegebene Größe. Bestellle gerne wieder I cannot confirm the experiences in the other reviews. The first part of the delivery was 2 days earlier than announced. The second part lasted about 10 days. The contact with Alpaca Mall was consistently positive and always prompt. The two sweaters ordered are a bit tight for the specified size, it is best to order one size larger here. The poncho ordered corresponded to the specified size. Would like to order again

Ordered 2 ponchos, 1 pr gloves on 9/19/22. All 3 arrived today, true to fit. I was worried after reading other reviews. A job well done. Thanks

I ordered a Panama Hat from this company. I received the hat and was very pleased with quality it was the wrong size. I emailed them and called them and was advised that I would receive a response by August 26th. It is today September 9th and still have received no response. I am most disappointed by their lack of response and question what kind of company is this. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Recommend you stay away from this company.

Première commande et sans aucun doute la dernière. Achat de 2 articles livrés sans bon de livraison ni facture. 1 des articles qui a été réglé et qui apparaissait bien en stock sur le site (erreur) a fait l'objet d'une réclamation à l'arrivée du colis où cet articleon m'a annoncé la rupture de stock on me promet donc un remboursement.... pas encore effectué. Donc un produit qui n'est plus en stock ne devrait pas être facturé L'autre article a besoin d'être échangé, j'ai donc effectué la procédure sur le site afin d'avoir un numéro de retour et l'adresse... et des emails ont été envoyés car aucune réponse de la part de cette société... Et bizarrement, on me demande le bon de livraison, alors qu'il n'a pas été joint au colis... Et voilà deux jours que j'ai répondu à cette demande, et je suis toujours dans l'attente de leur retour... Je décommande fortement ce site on a vraiment l'impression de se faire arnaquer
