In the end, everything okay, communications were good, but slow. I didn’t receive an order confirmation after payment so I had to check up with them. I received a reply after a few days. The dispatch of the product also was later than promised, so it took a while. All was good, in the end, but it gave me some worries here and there.

Never received my Cape - I have tried several times to call - left a lot of messages still no one has called. I paid $5000 for a cape, they charged my credit card already and it has been since March since I placed the order. Very concerned!!
