Loved loved your customer experience BUT socks went in dryer, along with all the dark laundry, as is custom, and they shrank. I later read the packaging. I am not used to hand-drying my socks. I respect and appreciate the quality, just did not realize I had to be more careful w/socks - generally they just go into the laundry. Thank you again tho for the terrific customer service and very nice warm soft socks.

It was true! Its like a cloud , amazing! Incredible , im not doing a review just lieing about the product. The manufactory is perfect, royal alpaca is soft and luxury. The bomber jacket is classical ad style so u can use it at any age . They give you the garment bag even, 10/10 for me and im italian so about fashion I know 1 thing or 2 ahaha really
