This is a scam company
This is a scam company. They're using the exact same photos and products as the House of CB shop, which is the real deal. Unfortunately I only looked it up after I received my dress, which was incredibly small for a size M, made of 100% polyester and bad quality. Fabric info on the website says stretch cotton and fully lined, neither are true. Turns out you can't return items that were on sale, which is very convenient if all of your products are always on sale. Even if you could, you still wouldn't get your money back, just a store credit. I tried to leave a negative review on their website, but to no suprise I can't see it anywhere. As a matter of fact, there's no review under 4 stars to be found on the website and all reviews say the same thing. I should've seen the signs that this is a scam before I ordered but I fell for it... Almond Muse is too good to be true. Think before you buy!

Dear Rowan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with Almond Muse did not meet your expectations. We would like to directly address the claims made in your review: - Authenticity and Product Design Almond Muse is an independent fashion brand. All our designs, photography, and creative content are produced in-house or under licensed agreements with our creative partners. Any similarities you’ve observed are coincidental and not a result of duplication or imitation. - Fabric Information We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions. If the dress you received does not match the description on our website, this could indicate a production error, and we take such reports seriously. Our team would be happy to investigate this further if you could kindly provide your order number and photos of the product received. - Sizing and Fit Our garments are designed for a fitted silhouette, and sizing may vary slightly across styles. We offer detailed size charts and fit notes to help customers make informed decisions, and our team is always available to offer sizing support before purchase. - Returns and Sale Items Our return policy clearly states that discounted items are final sale, which is standard across many retailers in our category. This policy is visible at checkout and within our help center. Full-priced items that meet return criteria are eligible for return and store credit. This is not a scam, it is a clear and consistent policy designed for transparency. - Reviews and Moderation We welcome honest feedback and do not censor negative reviews. Reviews submitted to our website are manually moderated to filter spam, abuse, or duplicate content.
