Our cancellation policy is clearly outlined on our website and during checkout: orders can only be modified or cancelled within 10 minutes of being placed, as fulfillment begins immediately to ensure fast delivery. We understand your disappointment, but your request unfortunately fell outside this window, which is why the order had already been packed and dispatched by the time we responded. As for your comments about our return policy, it is standard in the fashion industry to issue store credit for eligible returns, and to have customers cover return shipping.
