If I could give zero stars I would. Sizing incorrect, overpriced and not what I was expected. Spoke to someone online re sizing, gave measurements and assured with measurements the L would fit. Ordered in confidence even though the reviews weren’t great. Had to chase for this to be shipped with a 3 week deadline to my engagement party. 1 star for staff as they were very accommodating with this and this was shipped next day. The dress arrived and was not worth the price I paid, this looked great quality on the website, it was see through, thin flimsy material and no where near the size stated on the web. When returning you are offered store credit for proof of return of a full refund. Another lie. I was quoted £26 for shipping and £55 for customs and then they take a restocking fee. So paying for the dress twice basically and received nothing in return. Absolutely appalling and I would avoid completely!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Dress eventually delivered, wanted to return but turns out i have to send to Slovakia.....Customs dec etc to pay for. The total was £45!!! it wasnt worth sending the dress back!!....NONE of this is stated when purchasing...AVOID

Horrible quality and an unresolved refund My experience with Almond Muse has been extremely disappointing, both in the quality of the dress and the customer service afterward. In my opinion, the quality was horrible and did not meet my expectations at all. I returned the dress, and the return was confirmed received on September 24. Despite repeatedly following up, I still have not received my refund. Initially, I was told my refund would be issued minus a $10 restocking fee. Later, I was told it was on hold because of my Affirm dispute and that the process could take up to 75 days. On October 12, Almond Muse agreed to refund me, but I still have not received the money or confirmation that the refund was processed. I have provided proof of return and contacted the company multiple times. Affirm has directed me back to the merchant, leaving me going back and forth without a resolution for a dress I no longer have. The poor communication and lack of follow-through have made an already disappointing purchase even more frustrating. I should not have to keep chasing a company to receive a refund after it has confirmed receiving the returned item and agreed to refund me. Based on the product quality and how my return has been handled, I would not order from Almond Muse again. As of this review, my refund remains unresolved.

This feels like a fake website. I placed an order for my daughter, then canceled it after reading reviews. I have been trying to get this company to either ship my products or refund me, but they've been misleading and impossible to work with. Be aware of how they treat their customers.

I would not recommend ordering from Almond Muse. I returned two dresses that were purchased at full price, and my return was delivered on September 19. It’s now been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. They originally tried to issue store credit despite their policy stating that full-price items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. After several emails, they finally acknowledged that I was owed a refund, but I’ve been getting the same response ever since — that their finance team is working on it. I’ve had to follow up multiple times with absolutely no resolution. It’s ridiculous that getting a refund for items I properly returned has turned into such a hassle. At this point, I’m considering disputing the charge with my credit card company. Extremely frustrating experience and terrible customer service. I would definitely think twice before purchasing from them.

I am extremely disappointed in Almond Muse. Upon receiving the dresses I ordered not only did they not look as described on their robust social media site, I used the measurements on the website and the dresses did not zip- while the say they have “slight stretch” they are made of cheap polyester and have no give whatsoever. My waist is 26” bust 31” glutes 36” which put me at the BOTTOM range of the small- which I ordered. The bust was too large, the waist too small, and the directions on sizing state “if unsure, size down to the smaller size” good thing I didn’t. Among other things, there were loose threads, cheap construction, and the length was far longer than what’s pictured online. I was able to return the items, but was only offered a store credit due to a “sale” price which they give you upon entering the site- likely so they don’t have to issue refunds. I contacted the company THE DAY I received the dress only to have to pay return shipping and not receive my money back. I’ll be contacting the US consumer forum as well as the BBB and my bank for this fraudulent company and hope that anyone reading this will forego the purchase of anything from this outright scam of a company. Save yourself the headache and your hard earned money.
