The dresses arrived after such a long time and that was just the beginning. The quality was cheap and just bad. I’ve ordered a dress in yellow and it was just see through. After that I wanted to return the dresses and the nightmare began. You can not just get a label and sent it back. No, you have to battle with the Costumer Support if your reasons a valid to return. So far I’ve send around 5 Mails and still didn’t receive a label to sent back the products. And the most terrible thing is that they don’t offer a refund. No, you get store credit after I’ve said I never want to order from them again. This is a joke and a big scam.

Not Quite What I Hoped For

A Bit Too Heavy for Summer
I tried the Rosalind Maxi. It’s nice, but the fabric was heavier than I expected for summer wear. Still wearable, just not as versatile as I thought.

Ordered SELENE MIDI DRESS.
The dress I received did not matched the online
representation. The material was cheap and
noticeably lightweight, unlike what was
expected from the product images. The
underwired cups where integrated into the top
fabric layer, causing them to stand away from
the skin and appear too short. The tulle was also
problematic, being quite abrasive rather than
soft. Colour is far away from advertised. It
seems there's a significant
discrepancy between the dress advertised on
your website and Instagram, and the actual
item, both in terms of materials and overall fit.
The customer service sucks, they did not wanted to refund me, they had audacity to offer me store credits instead (which is illegal if there is faulty advertisement). So I had to write my bank, who made them refund me. Do not recommend.
