Poor Quality and Unfair Return Policy
I ordered three dresses from Almond Muse and was extremely disappointed with the overall quality and the lack of transparency in their return policy. The dresses looked beautiful online, but in reality the materials and construction were far below what I expected for the price. When I tried to return them, I discovered that their refund policy is hidden in fine print and that they only offer store credit, even when the items are unsatisfactory. Despite reaching out multiple times, the customer service was unhelpful and rigid. For such an expensive brand, I expected professionalism and honesty — instead, I was left frustrated and out of pocket. Would not recommend ordering from Almond Muse.
