I am very disappointed with my experience with Almond Muse. I bought a dress for a wedding on August 18th, where I was a bridesmaid, and unfortunately, the back zipper broke in the middle of the ceremony as I was walking down the aisle. It was extremely embarrassing, and I had to leave to find an alternative solution since I had no backup dress. When I tried it on briefly at home, the dress seemed fine and fit well, so I trusted the quality. However, I was only able to wear it for less than an hour before it completely failed me on one of the most important days. I contacted the brand by email right after the incident, but I never received a reply. I expected better quality and customer service from a brand like Almond Muse, and I am truly disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this brand to others

The quality was cheap and just bad like Shein and Temu. I’ve ordered two dresses in yellow and blue, the zipper was not working. After that I wanted to return the dresses and the nightmare began. You can not just get a label and sent it back. No, you have to battle with the Costumer Support if your reasons a valid to return. So far I’ve send three Mails and still didn’t receive a label to sent back the products. The most terrible thing is that they don’t offer a refund. No, you get store credit after I’ve said I never want to order from them again. This is a joke and a big scam. My credit card company is working on this for a refund, it's terrible that it has to go this far

Las fotos y publicidad de los vestidos no tienen ni parecido con el producto que llega. No te reembolsan y si queres devolver algo tenes q pagar el envío y te hace tarjeta abono para gastar en tienda, de lo cual te descuenta del próximo envío si pedís otro vestido. No lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo.

I ordered two dresses from Almond Muse and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Both dresses in size M had major fit issues — one was far too small in the chest, while the other was too loose. The quality in person was also much worse than advertised, with uneven stitching that deformed the dress, and the color of the blue dress was noticeably different from the photos online. When I contacted customer service, I was told that refunds are only given for damaged items and that I could only receive store credit, even though the items were not as described. Despite providing photos to show the issues, they refused to make an exception. Overall, the products did not match the website images or descriptions, and the return policy feels very unfair to customers. I cannot recommend shopping here.
