Fabric feels soft not cheap. wore it out and felt confident the whole time which doesnt always happen.

I have bought from many manufacturers using their sizing recommendations so I bought from Almond Muse using theirs. Dress arrived and was totally unsuitable as it was too tight and too small. I can't believe it was so small for what they called an XL. I wanted to return and get a refund as obviously I wouldn't suit any of their size dresses. I explained this. They refuse to refund my money saying it's their policy and that I'll get store credit. Why? I can't use it? I'm being forced to accept credit I can't use for an item I couldn't use. Really? Why can't this company be like the majority of online shops? It is unfair and unacceptable. In a world of huge competition they will stand out with their ridiculous policy. Never again

Yet again, for the THIRD time, a flawed item has been refused as a return. First time I was asked to send back to Romania, second time Slovenia, third time Portugal! All at my own cost! This has been ongoing since SEPTEMBER! Hopefully PayPal dispute is resolved asap as I have never experienced anything like this fraudulent shambles of a “company”!

Very Very Disappointed. The dress must of been generated by AI as it arrived and didn't look anything like the quality item that was advertised. The red was not the deep red advertised rather a Orange RED... AND the quality of the fabric was awful... Definitely not what I was expecting... I will never shop here again.
