Quality of the dress i purchased was terrible
Quality of the dress i purchased was nothing like the images. And if i want to return it would cost me $80 aud because i have to send it to china or U.S - cheapest option being China. So very expensive return shipping that the customer has to pay for. Really dodgy looking return address to a ‘Mr Cao’ appeared to be someone’s home address, customer service was terrible. No refund credit only and cost almost the cost of the dress itself just to send it back. Their images on website are so misleading. Wouldn’t recommend buying because the quality of the clothing is closer to Shein or Temu quality. Their answer below says they would be happy to provide support is just for show for other people who read this-to make it seems like they are willing to help even though they aren’t. I had several emails with them directly before this post asking to consider a refund but they refused. I didn’t choose to buy the item on sale - it was a site wide sale, not a clearance item. The dress i purchased despite being a low quality fabric also had the lining very obvious and was half the length of the dress so it actually looked really stupid/silly and this wasn’t evident in the images on their website at all. The lining should be the full length of the dress but it was just cheaply made. Probably a different dress altogether or very highly edited! Not worth the trouble!!
