Horrible
J'ai commandé deux robes, la qualité était horrible! Comme une moustiquaire au niveau du jupon, très irritant. Elle sentait horriblement mauvais (comme du poisson) et dès que je l'ai enfilée, la bretelle s'est cassée.
Pas de remboursement possible, uniquement un avoir, mais je ne rachèterai jamais jamais cette marque.

disappointing quality
I would not recommend ordering from Almond Muse.
Their clothing is very expensive, but the quality and fabric are comparable to what you would expect from Shein. The products look much better in the photos than they do in reality, and the materials feel cheap for the price charged.
What made my experience even worse was their terrible and very customer-unfriendly return policy. Returning an item is unnecessarily difficult and costly, which is extremely disappointing considering the premium prices they charge.
I ordered a dress from Almond Muse for a very special occasion, but when it arrived, it was completely ill-fitting and looked nothing like I expected. Because of this, I had to urgently order a replacement dress from another website and pay for express shipping to make sure I had something suitable to wear for my event.
Overall, I feel that Almond Muse does not offer the quality, service, or value that their prices suggest.
Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Nie polecam zamawiać! Zgłosiłam zwrot w ciągu 3 dni od zakupu wyraźnie w mailach zgodnie z moim prawem konsumenckim powiedziałam że chce zwrot na moje konto bankowe. Czekałam ponad 20 dni aż się odezwą po dostarczeniu paczki przez kuriera aż wkońcu odezwałam się sama. W tym samym czasie dostałam zwrot na ich stronie - gdzie wyraźnie w kilku mailach zaznaczałam że nie chcę takiego rozwiązania i się na nie nie zgadzam. Zwrot powinien przyjść na moje konto bankowe według prawa konsumenta. Jakość sukienek jest beznadziejna. Nie są ładnie dopasowane. Materiał drapie i jest poliestrem. Jedną sukienkę z 3 zamawianych sobie zostawiłam ale jest do poprawek krawieckich, bo jako jedyna była okej. Bardzo się zawiodłam i brak respektowania prawa przez firmę niestety będzie miało konsekwencje. Czekam na zwrot środków.
