This feels like a fake website. I placed an order for my daughter, then canceled it after reading reviews. I have been trying to get this company to either ship my products or refund me, but they've been misleading and impossible to work with. Be aware of how they treat their customers.

I would not recommend ordering from Almond Muse. I returned two dresses that were purchased at full price, and my return was delivered on September 19. It’s now been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. They originally tried to issue store credit despite their policy stating that full-price items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. After several emails, they finally acknowledged that I was owed a refund, but I’ve been getting the same response ever since — that their finance team is working on it. I’ve had to follow up multiple times with absolutely no resolution. It’s ridiculous that getting a refund for items I properly returned has turned into such a hassle. At this point, I’m considering disputing the charge with my credit card company. Extremely frustrating experience and terrible customer service. I would definitely think twice before purchasing from them.

Item never arrived. Contacted them multiple times and they were so unprofessional. In the end I had to raise it with my bank!

*Edited after 4 days: I’m glad to see that my feedback was taken seriously. After my review and multiple emails, the customer support team acknowledged the issue and issued a refund. I genuinely appreciate that they took responsibility and made things right. Credit where credit is due! AVOID ALMOND MUSE — COMPLETELY MISLEADING! The products are shipped from China, not the USA as you might expect from their branding, and the item I received looks nothing like the photos advertised. Delivery took far longer than promised, with misleading and unreliable tracking information. Even worse, at the beginning they constantly spam you with discount codes to encourage purchases, then use those discounts as a reason to offer store credit instead of a refund if you want to return your order. Convenient, isn’t it? Misleading advertising, poor transparency, disappointing quality, and a questionable return policy. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

De jurk is binnen en ziey er erg goed koop uit! Zeker geen 130 euro waard! Ik baal hier zo van! Op hun video s en foto s super gaaf jurk maar totaal niet match met realiteit! Ik weet niet over terug sturen verstandig is aangezien ik lees wat het allemaal inhoudt…. Mensen koop niks hier!
