The 2 day shipping took 4 days and the contents were extremely warm. I paid higher shipping costs to ensure 2 day delivery. Previously the deliveries were prompt, not this time. I hope the medication is still effective.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We shipped your order out on time via Fedex 2nd day. Unfortunately, because of the corona Virus carriers are not always delivering on on time so your order took an extra day. Please note that shipping took 3 days and not 4 as stated. Shipping day does not count as one of the transit days. Order shipped on a Monday and via 2nd day, you should have received it Wednesday. It arrived one day late on Thursday. The product should be good as it was only 1 extra day. Unfortunately, we cannot control what the freight carriers do once the order is shipped. We can only try and resolve the problem when there is one. We will issue you a credit for part of the shipment since it did not arrive on time. We are also asking customers to help us by contacting the carriers, in this case Fedex and complain. While we do our share of complaining to them, the more customers complain, the faster the issues get resolved. The squeaky wheel gets the grease......
