I ordered a Spectra Shield tick tag on March 22 - from the tracking, it doesn't appear that the USPS even has it in their system. I have gotten another tick protection product from my Vet - I will probably return this when and IF it ever arrives.

We have not used the product yet, our baby does not appear to need it right now. But, it was easy to order and we received it from Florida to Oklahoma very quickly. Our son who was a veterinarian in Florida for 12 year recommended the product and said All Vet Supply was a good company. Kudos to you all for speedy service.

My order was shipped to the wrong address. Instead of shipping out a new product they wanted me to pay for another one while we waited on the shipment to be returned to them. I asked for a refund, they told me I would be refunded when the shipment made it back to them. I still have not been refunded, my order was placed in October of 2020. The customer service is so bad I got tired of calling and talking to the same women who refused to make it right.

The product I ordered was delivered pretty quickly and it cost me almost half the cost of what I could find it anywhere else. Very happy with the service.
