I used to shop with 1800 petmeds. They seem to frequently be out of stock of petcal. I like how you guys have a live person in the U.S. to assist with customer service. My package arrived on time and my email hasn't been flooded with frivolous emails or junk. I will definitely order again and take a look at other products you offer.

The product that was ordered was "Artificial Tears Ophthalmic Ointment, 3.5gm", so if that is what you received, the order was shipped correct. Please check your email for your order confirmation as you will see that the order was for the ointment. If you do not want the ointment, please call us at 877-425-5838 so we can help you return the product.
