Bought some products on a saturday
Bought some products on a saturday , i immediately knew that the order wasnt gonna be processed untill monday afternoon so i decide to wait , sent an email to check on order status on thursday ( 5 days after i payed ) and they replied with a tracking number that was created on thursday afternoon so they couldn’t proceed my order till 5 days after i payed , order arrived on saturday afternoon so 7 days after i payed considering that there main office or from where they sent there products is at Hialeah , Florida and i live in Boynton Beach , Florida that is about an hour far, in my opinion super bad management on orders

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays. This information is available on our website. That being said, your order did ship out 3 days later than it should have. This is due to product availability. With the current logistic issues happening all over the US, there are delays in getting items replenished in a timely manner. We are working diligently with our suppliers to make sure we have items in stock for our customers.
