The medication sucks
The medication sucks. Give it to my puppies and he still have worms.

While we do not manufacture any item, we only purchase and carry quality products. The item you purchased is designed to work on only certain types of worms as listed on the product page. Since dogs can get many different types of worms, it is always recommended that customers have their pets checked by a Veterinarian prior to self medicating them. It is likely that your pet has a type of worm that is not treated by the item you purchased. Please have your pet checked by your vet so you can see exactly what the issue is and take care of it.

Bought worming medicine
Bought worming medicine. After reading instructions did not use. Only for round worms, not a full worming medicine. Couldn't use on dogs under five pounds. Didn't know shipping charge until after payment and shipping was as much as medicine. Will throw away.

While we always love to see reviews, we humbly disagree with what you have stated. The product page clearly states what the product helps treat. There is even a picture of the product label showing all instructions and indications. It may just be that you missed that information. As for shipping charges, it is the customer that chooses the shipping service. All shipping services and costs are shown in the shopping cart at checkout and the customer chooses the one they want. While we do agree that the shipping is as much as the product, unfortunately we do not control what the shipping carriers are charging nowadays. If you have not opened the product and do not want it, you may return it for a refund of your product purchase price.

All Vet Supply is a great company with even better workers. I was very impressed with the warehouse team. They bubble wrapped my order to perfection, as well as added peanuts to ensure the safety of the product. My order arrived as quickly as promised. I will shop here again in the future.

I will continue to buy from All Vet Supply!
I have ordered from All Vet Supply a couple of times & their service has been great. I receive the order very quickly. My one comment is that I believe they say I’ll receive an e-mail when my order ships, which does not happen. However, I can track the order from the confirmation e-mail, so it’s all good.

I still have not received the product I ordered on 4/23. I emailed and no one replied.

We have sent you 4 emails and have attempted to call you several times. The emails get sent back to us and when we call you, it goes direct to VM. Your mailbox is full so we cannot leave a message. The product you ordered was recently discontinued. We have have already refunded you the complete purchase price. Unfortunately, we have not been able to contact you.
