This seems to be the only place that carries the product I use. It seems to be in stock whenever I order, so no problems there. Shipping is pricey but product is heavy, so no way around that. Always prompt service, I've never had a problem getting an order from these folks. Can't ask for any more than good service and good product!!

This is the only place where I found this tick collar I like at a reasonable price. It arrived quickly, and they even sent me a travel size shampoo for my dog as a thank you for ordering the collar. That’s the way to do it! They have a customer for life in me. Thank you!

Your order is an international order. There was a customs delay according to tracking number. PAckage is in your country awaiting delivery. UPS/Customs needs to contact you. Please contact your local UPS agent and give them the tracking number, 1ZY3467F6697097747. Hopefully they will be able to solve any issue and deliver. By the way, the tracking has always been available on the site.

The order in question was delivered to you last week, June 24th. It did take a bit long to ship due to a back order. If you do not want the order, you may return it for a refund. You should have been notified via email of the delay as that is our policy. If you wish to return the order, please contact customer service.
